COOKING SCHOOL IN SAN CASSIANO (MATESE REGIONAL PARK)
The San cassiano cooking school introduces students to the pleasure of the typical Campania food.
Each of the three-hour lesson session at the cooking school includes the preparation of unique menus and dishes.
During the cooking class the chef will lead students through the preparation of 2 or 3 dishes, giving historical notions of the same dishes and its natural ingredients. Each ingredient will be taken directly in the organic farm.
The typical dishes of the Campania cuisine that will be prepared will be many and very special.
Here are some of the most famous and popular: tomato soup, parmigiana, soup, pasta and beans, emmer soup, stew beef, cut beef in balsamic vinegar, vegetable soup, stuffed escarole, zucchini, fried zucchini, almond biscuits, chiacchiere, pastiera.
A TASTE OF TYPICAL DISCHES
During this enchanting tour it will be possible to stay in a traditional Campania farmhouse, nestled in the green hills of Matese Regional Park, where there will be the possibility to attend a cuisine course, to learn the secrets of Campania dishes and discovering different kind of wine of this region. The course will consist of three days, with the delivery of teaching materials, lessons in English, Italian, Spanish and French and with the final release of the certificate of attendance.
